We source directly from partner estates in Coorg, Chikmagalur, and Sakleshpur. You'll know exactly where your beans come from, down to the processing method and elevation.

Start with just 5kg per order. Scale up as you grow. We're built to support independent cafes, not just high-volume accounts.

Roast Profile Support

We'll work with you to dial in the right roast level for your espresso machine or brew methods. Complimentary cupping sessions for your barista team at our Indiranagar cafe.

Small-batch roasting means every 5kg batch gets the same attention as the first. We log roast curves and cup every batch before it ships.

Transparent Pricing

No hidden fees or surprise price jumps. Wholesale rates are based on volume and roast level. We'll share our pricing structure upfront during our first conversation.

Our Roasting Schedule

Tuesday mornings: Roast day one. Orders placed by Monday 6pm are included in Tuesday's roast and ship Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Friday mornings: Roast day two. Orders placed by Thursday 6pm are roasted Friday and ship Friday evening or Saturday morning.

We roast between 50-80kg each session depending on partner orders. During peak season (November-January), we occasionally add a Saturday roast slot.

Standard delivery across Bengaluru is next-day. Pan-India shipping takes 2-4 days depending on location. We use insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

Coorg Estate Washed Arabica

Origin: Pollibetta, Coorg | Altitude: 1,100m | Process: Fully washed

Flavor notes: Dark chocolate, caramel, mild citrus acidity

Best for: Espresso, batch brew, cold brew

Roast levels: Medium (City+), Medium-Dark (Full City)

Chikmagalur Natural Process

Origin: Bababudangiri, Chikmagalur | Altitude: 1,400m | Process: Natural/Dry

Flavor notes: Berry, stone fruit, honey sweetness, fuller body

Best for: Pour-over, V60, single-origin espresso

Roast levels: Light-Medium (City), Medium (City+)

Sakleshpur Honey Process

Origin: Sakleshpur Hills, Hassan District | Altitude: 950m | Process: Honey/Pulped Natural

Flavor notes: Brown sugar, tropical fruit, balanced acidity

Best for: Versatile — works beautifully as espresso or filter

Roast levels: Medium (City+), Medium-Dark (Full City)

We can also custom-roast specific profiles for your espresso machine or brew setup. During our onboarding call, we'll discuss your extraction parameters and dial in the right roast curve.

What Happens Next?

  1. Initial Call (15-20 minutes): We'll discuss your coffee needs, current setup, volume requirements, and timeline.
  2. Sample Shipment: We'll send you 500g samples of 2-3 coffees we think would work well for your setup. No charge for samples.
  3. Dialing In: Brew the samples and let us know what you think. We can adjust roast profiles if needed.
  4. First Order: Once you've chosen a coffee, place your first order. Minimum 5kg to start.
  5. Onboarding: We'll invite your barista team to a complimentary cupping session at our Indiranagar cafe to learn more about the coffee they're serving.

The entire process usually takes 1-2 weeks from first contact to first delivery. We keep it simple.
