Roasting Since 2022, Obsessed Since Day One

Cosmo Coffee Roasters started with a simple idea: Bengaluru deserved better coffee. Not more coffee—better coffee. We drove to estates in Karnataka's coffee-growing regions, tasted dozens of lots, and built relationships with farmers who shared our obsession with quality.

Today, we roast every Tuesday and Friday morning in our Indiranagar roastery. Small batches mean we can dial in each roast profile to highlight what makes each origin special—whether that's the bright acidity of a Chikmagalur natural process or the chocolatey depth of a Coorg washed lot. Our beans reach your cup (or your home) within days of roasting, not weeks.

We're a team of four: two roasters, a barista who's better at latte art than any of us will admit, and someone who somehow keeps the logistics running. We're nerdy about coffee, but we promise we're not snobs. If you want to geek out about extraction temperatures, we're here for it. If you just want a damn good cup, we're here for that too.

Chikmagalur Estate Honey Process

Our current favorite. Stone fruit sweetness meets caramel body, with a tea-like finish that lingers just right. Roasted to a light-medium profile that works beautifully as filter coffee or a milk drink. Traceable to a single 15-acre estate at 1,200m elevation.

Sakleshpur Washed Arabica

The espresso workhorse. Clean, balanced, with chocolate and nut notes that shine through milk. We developed this roast specifically for flat whites and cappuccinos, though it's excellent as a pour-over too. Medium roast, consistent sweetness, zero surprises.

Coorg Natural Process Experimental

The wildcard. Our roaster picked this lot because it tasted like blueberry jam in the cupping room. It still does. Fruit-forward, funky in the best way, and absolutely polarizing. If you like natural process Ethiopian coffees, you'll love this. Light roast. Not for everyone. That's the point.

28 seats, a sunny patio, and coffee roasted 20 feet from the espresso machine. Open Tuesday through Sunday, 8am to 7pm. Join us Saturday mornings at 10am for free cupping sessions where we teach you to taste coffee the way we do—no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to slurp loudly.
