Cosmo Coffee Roasters started with a simple idea: Bengaluru deserved better coffee. Not more coffee—better coffee. We drove to estates in Karnataka's coffee-growing regions, tasted dozens of lots, and built relationships with farmers who shared our obsession with quality.
Today, we roast every Tuesday and Friday morning in our Indiranagar roastery. Small batches mean we can dial in each roast profile to highlight what makes each origin special—whether that's the bright acidity of a Chikmagalur natural process or the chocolatey depth of a Coorg washed lot. Our beans reach your cup (or your home) within days of roasting, not weeks.
We're a team of four: two roasters, a barista who's better at latte art than any of us will admit, and someone who somehow keeps the logistics running. We're nerdy about coffee, but we promise we're not snobs. If you want to geek out about extraction temperatures, we're here for it. If you just want a damn good cup, we're here for that too.
